To clear it, click the ‘OK’ button. 
  • Click the ‘OK’ button again until you get ‘Hardware failure status Cleared’ message. At the same point of time, you need to click the ‘Cancel’ button to get either the message ‘Welcome to Photosmart Express’ on the screen or until an error message seems.
  • Switch off the all-in-one printer and disconnect the power cable from the printer back side and the power outlet. Rest it for a few minutes to discharge power.
  • Now, firstly connect the power cable into the power outlet, and then plug it into the HP C6180 printer. 

  • Power on the printer. A message related to the ‘USE POWER BUTTON TO SHUTDOWN THE PRINTER’ will appear on the screen, followed by the ‘PRESS OK TO CONTINUE’ message. 
  • Later, click the ‘OK’ button; the printer will begin the ink initialization process. Agree to the process for completion and don’t interrupt. When the initialization process starts, now you can take the printout.
